Our hiring process

Our recruitment process is rigorous. We put each candidate through their paces so we can find the right talent for the right role.

The process varies per role, but you'll always meet the following three steps.

1. Screening

   You'll be asked a selection of questions by our recruitment manager to size up the fit between you and Formline’s needs for that particular job role. This can be done either by phone, or by requesting you to record a personal video and send it through to us.
   

2. Initial Interview

   We’ll meet with you virtually or in person to learn more about your experiences, skillset and preferences. We’ll then asses the outcome and determine whether to proceed to Phase 3.
   

3. Deep dive interview/s

   You'll be invited to our office for more in depth interview/s where we'll go into detail to understand you as a person and discuss your potential alignment with Formline. Depending on the outcome, you will receive a job offer.
